• Salary: between € 4,940 and € 8,233 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

As a tax advisor in South Netherlands, you advise a diverse client base, from regional entrepreneurs to large national organizations. As a tax advisor at aaff, you advise entrepreneurs on various fiscal issues. You discuss their plans, identify fiscal opportunities and risks, and draft concrete advice. Think of guiding business transfers, advising on restructurings, or assessing complex tax returns. You also maintain contact with the Tax Authorities and support clients during fiscal audits.

You work closely with accountants, lawyers, and business advisors to further assist clients. You participate in client meetings, think along on complex files, and discuss fiscal developments with colleagues. Additionally, you deepen your knowledge through professional meetings and knowledge groups. In this way, you combine independent client advice with collaboration and substantive development.

• Identify fiscal trends and developments and translate these into commercial opportunities for the tax advisory practice.

• Strengthen existing client relationships and discover new advisory opportunities.

• Supervise compliance with fiscal laws and regulations and coordinate with the Tax Authorities where necessary.

• Guide junior tax advisors, share knowledge, and contribute to their professional development.

• Actively contribute ideas regarding the growth and further development of the Tax & Legal team in South Netherlands.

In the South region, we work from 13 offices. Together, we will look at which location suits you best. Naturally, with the freedom to also work from other locations in the South region or from home if possible. From there, you will apply your expertise for clients throughout the entire region. You will get all the space to work independently and can always count on a dedicated team to brainstorm with and share successes.

One of the offices from which you can work is our office in Boxmeer. Here, you will work in a close-knit and enthusiastic team of lawyers and tax specialists. The team consists of 19 colleagues, of whom 10 work in Boxmeer: 8 tax specialists and 2 lawyers. Additionally, you will be part of a broader network of tax advisors and other specialists within the South region. This way, there is always someone nearby to brainstorm with.
