As a Business Advisor, you are the strategic sparring partner for entrepreneurs within your client portfolio. You know your clients well, understand their challenges, and help them make financial and business decisions that contribute to the future of their company.

You work closely with specialists within Countus and ensure that entrepreneurs can rely on practical advice and personal guidance.

• Salary between € 4,430.38 and € 7,210.91 gross per month;

• Managing and further expanding your client portfolio;

• Acting as the primary point of contact for entrepreneurs;

• Discussing annual accounts, financial results, and developments;

• Identifying advisory opportunities in fiscal, legal, and business areas;

• Translating figures into practical and understandable advice;

• Collaborating with accountants, tax specialists, legal experts, and other specialists to provide optimal support to clients.

Are you an Accountant AA or are you studying for this? Then your duties can be expanded to include signing annual accounts and taking on a technical professional role within the team.

You will work for a broad portfolio of SME entrepreneurs from various sectors. Every client has their own ambitions, challenges, and growth questions. It is precisely that variety that makes your work dynamic and challenging.

As a permanent sparring partner, you help entrepreneurs move forward with insights, advice, and guidance that align with daily practice and their future plans.

You will certainly feel at home here if you get energy from client contact, advising, and building long-term relationships. You enjoy helping entrepreneurs move forward and switch effortlessly between figures, strategy, and the daily practice of entrepreneurs.

You recognize yourself in:

• A HBO or WO degree in Accountancy, Business Economics, or similar;

• Experience within accountancy practice;

• Experience as a relationship manager, business advisor, or accountant;

• Strong communication skills and a natural advisory role;

• The ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships;

• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to translate developments into opportunities for clients.

You will work within the advisory team of Countus Barneveld-Ede, where you work closely with accountants, assistant accountants, tax specialists, legal experts, and business advisors. Together, you support entrepreneurs with financial, fiscal, and business questions.

The branches Barneveld-Ede, Wageningen, Odijk, and Mill together form Cluster South. Within this cluster, various disciplines work together intensively, so that clients can rely on expert advice from multiple professional fields.
