You think along about topics such as business succession, investments, growth, and restructuring. In doing so, you work closely with accountants, lawyers, business advisors, and other tax specialists. Thanks to this multidisciplinary approach, you offer clients total advice that goes beyond just taxation.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Advising on diverse tax issues;

• Acting as the first point of contact and sparring partner for entrepreneurs;

• Identifying and taking on tax advisory opportunities;

• Assessing tax returns and guiding colleagues;

• Sharing tax updates through client meetings, workshops, and presentations;

• Coordination with the Tax and Customs Administration and other external parties;

• Supporting complex tax files and tax audits.

You work primarily for agricultural entrepreneurs and additionally for clients in the SME sector. Many of these entrepreneurs face important choices regarding growth, investments, business succession, and the continuity of their business.

Particularly within the agricultural sector, current developments and changing laws and regulations often play a major role. This makes your work not only substantively challenging, but also relevant and future-oriented. You build long-term relationships with clients and help them with decisions that impact their business and their future.

You will become part of the Tax-Legal team within Cluster East. Together with tax specialists, accountants, assistant accountants, lawyers, and business advisors, you support entrepreneurs with diverse tax and business issues.

Cluster East consists of the Hardenberg, Markelo, Groenlo, and Enschede locations. From these locations, colleagues with different specialisms work closely together. The lines are short, the atmosphere is involved and professional, and there is plenty of room to share knowledge and spar with one another. You are an experienced tax specialist who gets energy from advising, collaborating, and building strong client relationships. You enjoy translating complex tax issues into practical advice and like to think along with entrepreneurs.

Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

• You have completed a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education in Tax Law, Tax Economics, or similar;

• You have extensive experience as a tax specialist;

• You are skilled in advisory and have strong communication skills;

• You work accurately and think in solutions;

• You enjoy guiding colleagues and sharing knowledge;

• You have an affinity with the agricultural sector or are curious to deepen your knowledge in this area.
