As a Senior Assistant Accountant at Crowe, you are the pillar of support for our SME clients. You prepare annual accounts, provide advice, and ensure real added value. • You have broad experience and knowledge, but above all, the intrinsic motivation to make a difference for the entrepreneur as an SME advisor.

• You prepare annual accounts and, in addition, provide valuable advice to clients to optimize their business operations.

• You know that success is not just about technical baggage, but also about how you take on the role of trusted advisor.

• You take the time and give attention to every client, so that you can truly support them in their growth and success.

• You work for large clients, where you handle the pre-audit portion and thus act as an important link in the process.

• You understand that every SME has unique challenges and you have the capacity to tackle them with confidence and knowledge.

You have completed a HBO (higher professional education) degree and are currently pursuing Post HBO AA;

You have team spirit and a healthy dose of enthusiasm;

You want to deliver quality;

You enjoy advising, communicating, and thinking along with the client;

You maintain the overview and control over the services provided to your client;
