You provide direction to the development of the A&A department, build sustainable client relationships, and lift our organization to an even higher level within the international network.

As an (incoming) Partner Accountancy (AA), you are co-responsible for our AA practice (Eindhoven region) and act as a strategic sparring partner for SME entrepreneurs. You move smoothly between technical expertise, leadership, and entrepreneurship, and play an active role in the further development of the practice and of Newtone as an organization.

Newtone originated from the merger of renowned accounting and advisory firms and now counts more than 1,100 colleagues spread across multiple locations. We combine local involvement with national impact and work daily on impactful solutions for entrepreneurs who want to move forward.

You are visible, commercial, approachable, and steady in your course. With your leadership, you inspire teams and take others along in change and growth. We are on the eve of the launch of our new concept Newtone One: a future-oriented and transparent concept for entrepreneurship. You are co-responsible for its successful adoption and further development.
