As a Business Consultant, you play an important role in the implementation and optimization of our business and document management solutions. You translate wishes and work processes into suitable functional solutions, working closely with colleagues, key users, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. With your knowledge and curiosity, you help to successfully realize organization-wide changes and improvements.

As a Business Consultant, you are the connecting link between IT and the organization. You support colleagues within the Countus Group and advise them on work processes and software, with an emphasis on our ERP, CRM, and DMS applications. You map out wishes and needs from the organization and translate these into concrete and suitable solutions.

You are involved in the implementation and further optimization of functionalities. You do this independently and together with colleagues within the team. You work closely with key users, suppliers, and other project stakeholders and ensure that solutions align well with practice and the needs of the organization.

You also play an important role regarding the rollout of new solutions. You contribute to testing, knowledge transfer, and a controlled transition to the regular organization. After implementation, you remain involved: you identify bottlenecks and opportunities, monitor quality and continuity, and work on further improving processes and functionalities. In this way, you ensure that colleagues can work optimally with our systems and that our solutions continue to align with the organization.

• An immediate permanent contract;

• A salary of € 4,068.14 to € 5,920.25 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on your experience, plus 8.4% holiday allowance;

You recognize yourself in:

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree;

• At least three years of relevant work experience;

• Interest in and affinity with IT systems and business processes;

• Experience with ERP, CRM, and DMS implementations is a plus;

• The ability to work both independently and in a team;

• A curious attitude and the drive to further develop yourself.

You will work within Functional Management & ICT in a team of 10 colleagues, each with their own expertise. The team is managed by team leader Henrieke and has the collective objective of supporting employees in a proactive manner, so that they can make optimal use of the various applications within Countus.
