• A permanent contract and a salary between €3,000 and €5,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). The exact grading depends on your experience and the role;
• Holiday allowance of 8%;

As a Senior Consultant at Sopra Steria, you help clients in both the public and private sectors with complex business and IT challenges by seamlessly integrating strategy, processes, technology, and data. You develop and implement future-oriented solutions that bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. In doing so, you work closely with your team, stakeholders, and clients. Thanks to your analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and flexible mindset, you contribute to digital transformations that help companies stay ahead. Your strong communication skills are essential to clearly conveying your vision during presentations and workshops, ensuring that solutions are well understood and effectively implemented.

• Tactical Advice: At least 3 years of experience in consultancy, focusing on Business & IT transformation, Business Process Excellence, Organizational Design, and/or (Agile) Portfolio Management. 
• Leadership & Project Management: Demonstrable experience in leading projects, achieving impactful results within deadlines and budgets, and guiding teams toward success. 
• Analytical & Innovative Skills: You know how to quickly analyze challenges and opportunities for clients and design appropriate, creative solutions that are directly applicable in their operational environment. 
• Pragmatic Client Solutions: Strong in translating client needs into concrete improvements in processes, systems, and organization, with a focus on achievable and sustainable results. 
• Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: You actively contribute to the development of colleagues through coaching and sharing best practices, thereby strengthening the overall project quality and team results.
