The role

Are you curious about what consumers truly think and do you want to contribute to a great brand experience? At Nestlé Netherlands, you will get the chance to help build the connection between our brands and their consumers. As a Consumer Services intern, you will ensure that every experience with Nestlé becomes just that little bit better, from customer contact to social media.

Nestlé is the world's largest food and beverage company with one clear goal: to make people's lives healthier and better. Good food, good life. With brands such as NESCAFÉ, Maggi, KitKat, and Purina, we are committed worldwide to sustainability, health, and innovation. Working at Nestlé means contributing to a better future on the table and beyond.

What you'll do

As of February 1, 2027, we are looking for a Consumer Services intern. You will join the Consumer Services team, part of Corporate Marketing & Consumer Communications: a team of 6 experts in Media, Social Media & Content, Consumer Service, Search, Consumer Data & CRM, and Market Research. Together, we support and challenge marketers to truly put the consumer at the center.

Your duties include

  • Improving customer satisfaction: delving into survey results, devising improvement initiatives and (where possible) implementing them;
  • Insights for marketers: showing which actions/promotions do or do not work and helping to establish a clear way of working;
  • Benchmarking: comparing customer experiences at other consumer services and translating learnings into recommendations;
  • Increasing internal visibility: posting content on our team sites and thinking along about this;
  • Operational support: assembling fun packages for consumers and inventory management.

You will work closely with Marketing and Consumer Service and gain a broad view of consumer communications in an international FMCG environment.

Who are you?

You know how to enthuse people with energy, flair, and clear communication. You enjoy conducting research, advising others, and quickly coming up with ideas and solutions. You can work independently, but also flourish in a team setting.

What do we offer you?

And finally

At Nestlé, respect is central - for each other, for differences, and for what makes us unique. We believe it is important that everyone feels welcome with us. So, are you just as enthusiastic as we are? Apply now!
