As a Customer Product & Innovation Intern, you will be part of the GET team (Gall & Gall / Etos Technology) and support the Product Owner in gathering feedback, developing ideas, and rolling out improvements. You will learn how technology, stores, and customers strengthen each other—while you personally make a visible contribution to projects that have an impact throughout the Netherlands.

As an Intern, you make a direct contribution to developing and optimizing innovative solutions that connect stores, technology, and customer experience. You do this not alone, but together with your colleagues from the customer product & innovation team. You support the team with responsibilities, working on:

As a reliable drugstore and the largest digital health platform in the Netherlands, we are there for our customers with advice, service, and products. Every week, we help more than 1 million customers in our stores and on etos.nl, and we provide more than 30 million pieces of advice annually on health, beauty, balance, movement, and nutrition. Whatever your question is, we help you further.

• Supporting projects: you take on improvement initiatives and assist with larger projects; think of testing a new employee app or preparing improvements to our loyalty propositions.
• Collecting feedback: together with the Product Owner or independently, you visit stores, speak with store teams and customers, and summarize their experiences into clear insights.
• User stories and backlog: you collaborate on describing user stories, track changes in the backlog, and ensure that requirements and projects are completed on time.
• Analysis & reporting: you perform data analyses, prepare presentations, and share the most important findings with various stakeholders.
• Stakeholder support: you schedule meetings, send reminders, and ensure that everyone is aware of the latest documentation and progress.

In this position, you will work 32 hours per week, partly from our head office in Zaandam and partly from home.

• You are currently pursuing a degree at HBO/WO level, preferably in the field of Commercial Economics or Communication.
• Good communication skills.
