Product Cruises Specialist

• A completed MBO or HBO degree, preferably in tourism;

• You can express yourself well in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing;

• You are communicatively strong, accurate, and flexible;

• You are commercially minded and stress-resistant;

• You are familiar with Microsoft Office and possess basic knowledge of Excel

• For this position, you require a Certificate of Conduct (VOG), which will be requested before the start of your employment.

Your role
In the role of Product Cruises Specialist, you provide support to the Product Manager Cruises. You will be involved in, among other things, making (pre)calculations and ensuring that products become bookable/go online. To ensure a good offering, you perform supply and competitor analyses and price comparisons. You maintain contact with suppliers, agents, and all involved departments to maintain product quality and resolve any obstacles. You also provide input for various advertisements, newsletters, and social media to effectively promote our trips.
