Corporate Communications Intern

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for someone who is curious about how organizations function and the role communication plays in them.

You are pursuing a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education. This could be in communications or marketing, but we are explicitly also open to students with a background in, for example, public administration, political science, media studies, business administration, law, sociology, or another field of study where analysis, language, and social interest converge. Additionally:

• Are you available at least four days per week;

• Do you write clearly and error-free in Dutch and English;

• Can you switch quickly between different subjects;

• Do you think analytically and ask critical questions;

• Do you work independently, but also actively seek collaboration;

• Are you curious, energetic, and do you take responsibility.

• An internship in an ambitious, international organization;

• Direct involvement in current projects and strategic themes;

• Guidance by experienced communication professionals;

• A lot of responsibility and room for your own initiative;

• An internship allowance of € 750,- gross per month on a full-time basis;

• Sports events and parties organized by the Corendon sports and social committee.

For our Communications department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Communications intern starting in February 2027.

For the Corporate Communications department, we are looking for a smart, creative, and curious intern who wants to participate in the heart of the organization. You will work on diverse projects and communication issues: from internal change processes to corporate positioning and from project communication to reputation issues.

This is a broad corporate communications internship in which you will work on internal and external communication issues. You will be part of a team responsible for corporate communications in the broadest sense of the word.

You will support the team with ongoing projects and daily activities. This means you will be involved in communication surrounding new initiatives, collaborations, internal programs, and strategic themes.

Specifically, you can think of:

• Co-writing news releases (internal and external), updates, and presentations;

• Supporting communication surrounding major PR projects, events, and collaborations;

• Preparing communication lines and core messages;

• Thinking along about positioning and storytelling;

• Identifying communication opportunities within the organization;

• Supporting the alignment between communications, marketing, and other departments;

• Contributing to corporate social content and external communication expressions;

You will be given responsibility and the space to take initiative. We value fresh ideas and sharp questions.

You will work from our office in Badhoevedorp, with the partial possibility to work from home. The atmosphere is professional and informal at the same time: short lines, clear agreements, and a lot of dynamism.
