Tour Leader 2027

• A salary between € 700 and € 1,200 net per month, depending on the destination, excluding commissions;

• Accommodation at your destination; at most destinations, (shared) accommodation is arranged for you;

• Good preparation: before the start of the season, you will follow a fully organized three-day training. If you live a great distance away, we will reimburse two hotel nights;

• A return flight after the season: if you have completed the season positively, we will provide your return flight;

• Commissions: on the sale of, among other things, excursions between 3% - 10%

• Transport at the destination: depending on the destination, a means of transport may be available;

• A loaner tablet with which you can perform your (administrative) tasks;

• Holiday benefits for you and your surroundings: your family, relatives, and friends also benefit from discounts on Corendon holidays.

Please note, you will be employed by our local agent at the destination. Therefore, you will work under a local contract with the corresponding employment conditions

For our local agents at various European holiday destinations, we are looking for enthusiastic tour leaders who want to provide our guests with an unforgettable holiday starting from April 2027. You are available through October 2027 and ready for a season full of variety, new encounters, and beautiful experiences.

Your role: the face of Corendon
As a tour leader, you are the main point of contact for our guests at their holiday destination. From a warm welcome at the airport to solving an unexpected problem: you ensure that our guests feel welcome and can fully enjoy their holiday.

You are hospitable, think in solutions, and keep a cool head even during busy moments. With your positive energy, you make the difference. No day is the same, and it is precisely that variety that makes your work so much fun!

• Providing assistance at the airport, for both arrival and departure;

• Giving information meetings at the accommodations;

• Conducting inspection visits at the accommodations;

• Resolving problems and complaints;

• Selling excursions and local car rentals;

• Performing various administrative tasks.
