Recruiter

• At least HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, with an affinity for roles in the logistics sector.
• Available for 32-40 hours per week. 
• Fluent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written. Additionally, you also command the English language. 
• Keeps a cool head in a hectic environment and works in a structured manner. 

• Preferably you have at least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter (or extensive internship experience). 

As a recruiter, you will dive into all vacancies for our warehouse. You will do this for both logistics roles and office positions in Tilburg; think of warehouse employees, team leaders, and logistics engineers. You will consult regularly with logistics managers and other colleagues in the warehouse and at the office. You are completely in the lead when it comes to your vacancies. This includes adjusting vacancy texts, screening, conducting interviews, providing reasoned rejections, and sending out offers. You work closely with fellow recruiters, hiring managers, planning, and HR. Do you have a good idea to make the recruitment process even better? Go for it!

• Applying the best sourcing techniques to match the right candidate with the right position
