Returns Project Leader

• A completed university degree
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
• Experience in project management at a senior level

Once a project gets the green light, you determine the goals, scope, and planning of projects together with management. You build roadmaps and project plans, divide work into steps, and monitor deadlines until handover and closure. In this way, you ensure that every project delivers value for Coolblue. In addition to leading projects, you are sometimes involved in the content, and where necessary, you carry out analyses or assignments yourself and research new ideas for Returns using analyses, data, and stakeholder input to create strong business cases. 

• Solving complex logistical issues through good analysis and observations on the work floor.
• Discovering bottlenecks in the returns process and devising concrete improvements to sharpen the speed, efficiency, and/or quality in the process.
• Initiating and securing improvements within the responsible teams.
• Collaborating with floor managers, fellow process improvers, and business analysts to incorporate their insights into your ideas.

As Project Lead Returns, you lead multiple return projects simultaneously and provide calm, direction, and momentum. You investigate difficult questions, build strong business cases, and help management choose what truly adds value. Afterwards, you drive the execution with a smart plan and good collaboration, making Returns a little better every day.
