As a Business Analyst at Sopra Steria, you help organizations design their processes more intelligently. You bring structure to complex issues and translate stakeholder wishes into concrete, workable solutions in Pega. No thick reports, but something that provides direction and can be built.

You work together with Business Architects, Pega Consultants, and the client. Sometimes you start with a blank canvas. Sometimes you optimize what is already there. Whatever you do: it must be logical, scalable, and future-proof.

You work hybridly from our office in Groningen, combined with client locations and home. Within RulesMatter, you work in a team where substance comes first and collaboration is a matter of course.

In this role, you will primarily focus on:

• Analyzing and making processes and customer journeys insightful
• Translating business needs into clear user stories and designs
• Thinking along about a Minimum Lovable Product that delivers value quickly

You get energy from complex issues and are not afraid to keep asking questions until you truly understand how something works. You know how to separate the main points from the details, bring structure, and can empathize well with users and stakeholders.

What you bring:

• A HBO or WO background and you speak Dutch at a minimum B2 level
• Experience as a business analyst, functional designer, or information analyst
• You can clearly map out processes, wishes, and dependencies
• You write clear user stories or designs that a team can get to work with immediately
• You are curious about Pega and willing to get certified (at our expense)

Experience with Agile working or methods such as Lean or Design Thinking is a plus, but more important is that you think logically and enjoy collaborating.
