Requirements

What we're looking for

  • You have a HBO or WO degree in Business & IT, Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence, or a similar field.
  • You are familiar with software development in Python, C#, or Node.js, and with Git and CI/CD.
  • You have experience with API integration, including REST, OAuth2, and webhooks.
  • You have experience with or knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and protocols for multi-agent communication.
  • You master Dutch at a B2/C1 level.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-assisted development, AI governance, ITSM/DevOps/RPA ecosystems, or tools such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Microsoft Agent Framework, Azure Foundry, or UiPath is a plus.

What you'll get

  • A permanent contract immediately.
  • A salary of € 3,720 gross, including a mobility allowance of € 750 and 8% holiday allowance, based on 40 hours.
  • Upon good performance, you can make a salary step after 11, 19, and 25 months. No rights can be derived from this.

The role

As a Junior AI Solution Engineer within the ADM practice (Application Development & Maintenance), you design and build production-level AI and automation solutions. You develop scalable, reusable components that optimize application development and maintenance and that can be integrated and deployed within customer environments.

What you'll do

  • You develop AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation workflows and integrate AI agents into ITSM platforms, DevOps pipelines, and business systems.
  • You build reusable components, such as orchestration frameworks and APIs, with attention to compliance, security, logging, monitoring, resilience, and scalability.
  • You implement solutions in production environments together with ADM teams and work continuously on improving and industrializing AI capabilities.
