Junior Test Engineer

• You have a HBO or WO degree; an IT educational background is not required.

• You can switch between Dutch and English in your work.

• A permanent contract immediately.
• A salary of € 3,720 gross, including a mobility allowance of € 750 and 8% holiday allowance, based on 40 hours.
• Upon good performance, you can make a salary step after 11, 19, and 25 months. No rights can be derived from this.

As a Junior Test Engineer, you will work within a development team on software that meets customer needs and provides a pleasant experience for end users. You will think critically during refinements, draft a testing approach, and use modern tooling to investigate whether solutions function reliably. You will work from Utrecht, hybrid and regularly at client sites, where you will contribute to the quality of business-critical software alongside your colleagues.

In this role, you will work on:

• You map out quality risks and translate them into a clear testing approach.
• You build and maintain manual and automated test scripts and help to carefully follow up on findings.
• You work according to Agile and DevOps methodologies and develop yourself through the Testing Masterclass and the Test Automation Bootcamp.
