Test Coordinator

As a Test Coordinator, you will provide the client with insight into quality and contribute hands-on to increasing and safeguarding that quality. You do this not only by planning test phases or drafting test plans, but also by leading the test team and making everyone within the team aware of quality.

Through your commitment, the progress of testing becomes transparent, and you report on this to the appropriate stakeholders. But in addition, you also think about improving the various types of testing. You help the team further to think consciously about testing and quality engineering with quality as the goal. Furthermore, you are proactive and follow developments within the field closely, so that you can respond to the changing market.

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €7,101.67 gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

• You have (at least) HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level;
• You have experience as a senior tester or test lead, with coordinating test activities and drafting test strategies;
• You have experience with different working methods at medium to large organizations (such as, for example: waterfall, Agile, SAFe, and/or DevOps);
• You are good at coaching and facilitating, and you can ensure connection within a team (for example, because you have a SCRUM or Agile background);
• You have good coordinating skills, you can plan and organize activities, and you are a strong communicator;
• You are familiar with the philosophy of TMAP, ISTQB, or Rapid Software Testing, can apply this, and can coach others to apply it (you may already have certification, or are willing to obtain it).

Excellent command of the Dutch language is essential for this position. A C1 level is required, with B2 being the minimum acceptable proficiency level.
