Senior Test Engineer

• At least 5 years of demonstrable work experience in software testing, including end-to-end testing

• At least 2 years of demonstrable work experience within government institutions

• At least a completed higher professional education (HBO) degree

• Certified software tester (ISTQB/Tmap/CAT)

• Experience with test tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, SoapUI, REST etc.)

• Experience with the Robot framework

• Affinity with programming

• Relevant work experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

You are responsible for writing, reviewing, and executing (automated) test cases, test scripts, and test data. How do you do this? By effectively applying your knowledge and experience at client sites. What else do you do?

• You contribute to realizing innovations within the digital environment of clients

• You design, develop, and implement test processes within the OTAP environment to ensure the quality of software applications

• Developing a test plan (automated)

• Writing, updating, and executing (automated) test scripts

• Planning and executing test cases

• Quality assurance of the software

• Recording test cases and test data

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be employed by Centric and deployed to one or more clients. The diversity in work locations, which are a maximum of one hour from home, will introduce you to many different organizations. This allows you to continue developing within your field of expertise. Together with your Field Manager, you will draw up a development plan, and together you will determine which courses, training, and assignments suit your development wishes. Finally, you will become part of the expertise center, where knowledge sharing and mutual coaching with colleagues are central.
