As Domain Quality Manager / Test Manager at Air France - KLM, you will play a key role in improving product quality and implementing innovative testing solutions.

In this combined role, you will work closely with product teams within various domains. You will help them in drafting and executing test strategies, guide teams in quality assurance, proactively and reactively hold teams accountable regarding quality assurance, and ensure an efficient organization of test processes.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Facilitating collaboration between QA, DevOps, and development for an integrated testing approach;
• Monitoring test standards and coaching teams to ensure high quality;
• Developing and implementing innovative solutions for test automation, test data, and test environments;
• Following trends and technologies within software testing and applying them in practice;
• Reporting on test progress, test coverage, and defects.

Your role as Domain Quality Manager (DQM):
As DQM, you are the Single Point of Contact for one of the Air France - KLM domains in the field of testing and quality assurance. You challenge teams, both proactively and reactively, to continuously improve quality.

Tasks within this role:

• Analyzing test processes and results, and identifying areas for improvement;
• Advising and supporting quality improvements and compliance with standards;
• Stakeholder management towards project managers, product owners, and development teams;
• Reporting on quality processes and improvement initiatives to senior management;
• Applying new developments within testing and quality management;
• Training and coaching team members.

You will work within the Air France - KLM Test & Quality Assurance Center of Expertise, a team of approximately 80-90 professionals. You will support product teams in various domains such as Cargo, Engineering & Maintenance, IT, Ground, and Flight. Variety is guaranteed: one day you are among the cargo, the next day in the hangars.

• 5-10 years of experience in test and project management, both on-premise and in the cloud;
• Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch;
• Experience with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams (including France & India);
• Affinity with the aviation sector;
• Knowledge and experience of test management in an agile environment or agile transition;
• ISTQB Certification (for example ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL-TM)) or similar is a strong advantage;
• Tech Stack & Test Engineering:
  CI/CD, Azure DevOps, test automation, API testing, performance testing, and automated quality controls within the delivery pipeline. Additionally, experience with Risk Based Testing, Shift-left/Shift-right testing, and Quality Engineering is a significant advantage. Knowledge of relevant test tooling and the ability to deploy it effectively within a modern Agile/DevOps environment are essential.
