Schiphol | Fulltime | Bosch Energy & Building Technologies

Ready for the next step out of the field, but still want to stay technically involved?
Here you use your experience — without having to drive kilometers every day.

This role in brief

As Project Coordinator Audio Safety & Security, you are the technical hub behind evacuation, public address, and intercom systems at Schiphol.
You come from the field and know how installations really work. You now use that knowledge to technically prepare, adapt, and safely execute projects.

You work less physically, but you stay close to the technology.

At Bosch Building Technologies, we work every day on smart, safe, and reliable solutions for buildings and infrastructure. Technology that protects people, keeps processes running, and creates environments where you can trust what is happening behind the scenes.

What you do

You think along technically, but maintain the overview.

Who this is intended for

This is not a management position.
It is technical project coordination.

This role is for you if you

  • come from the field (service engineer, projecting expert, AV‑/security‑technician)

  • know a lot about evacuation, public address, and control rooms

  • understand the technology behind systems that must be "always on"

  • want to reduce the physically heavier work

  • do want to continue carrying responsibility for technology and safety
