The role

You work on projects that impact millions of users and contribute to digital transformation in sectors such as finance, government, retail, and healthcare. No two days are the same: one moment you zoom out to see the big picture, the next you dive deep into a technical challenge.

Your impact as Lead Architect

• Architecture & vision: Cloud-native reference architectures with Java 21+, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, OSS components (Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch). AWS/Azure is familiar territory
• Thought leadership: sharing knowledge via talks/blogs and deep-dives
• Trusted advisor: advising on cloud migrations, platform modernization, and AI strategy
• RFP leadership & community: winning strategies, solution design, TCO, and building guilds

What you bring

• 12+ years of Java experience, integration strength (DDD, CQRS), experimenting with AI
• Strong communication skills
