RPA / Automation Engineer

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business and IT, or similar
• You have 5 years of experience with the UiPath Platform
• UiPath Developer Professional certified (supplemented with UiPath Business Analyst Professional certification is a plus)

• Experience with programming in languages such as C# or VB.NET is a plus
• Experience with realizing GenAI / Agentic Automation solutions and/or a GenAI / Agentic Automation certification is a plus
• You enjoy helping our clients further and sharing your knowledge with your colleagues
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English

As an Automation Engineer at Capgemini, you use your automation skills to create, realize, and implement innovative solutions. You collaborate with teams to analyze and improve business processes through robot-driven process automation. You work within a young international team to make processes run as efficiently as possible for our clients.

With your drive, knowledge, and experience, you stimulate our internal development, product quality, and the success of projects for top-25 clients.

• You map out the needs of the business
• You collect and analyze (functional) requirements and translate these requirements into a solution
• You analyze, describe, and model business processes
• You delve into complex issues to be able to provide explanations to non-technical stakeholders
• You realize solutions through low-code process automation (e.g., by means of robots, RPA)
• You manage RPA solutions at our clients and ensure a stable solution with minimal management overhead
• And you determine the impact on the solution of intended (IT and/or process) changes
