Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum 2 years of experience in defense, aerospace, or related high-tech industries
Experience with systems engineering methodologies, requirements management, and system integration
Knowledge of defense standards and frameworks (e.g., NATO standards, INCOSE)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
An approved security clearance conducted by an official screening authority is required. You must be willing to cooperate with this and to obtain the required security level through a security investigation
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus
Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) principles is also a plus
Willingness to travel to client locations (if requested).

The role

We are looking for engineering professionals with a passion for defense technology to strengthen our team. As a 'Defence Engineering Specialist', you will work on advanced projects for our defense clients, helping to develop and maintain mission-critical systems that protect national security interests. You will play a key role in:

What you'll do

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and implement complex defense systems and solutions.
Applying systems engineering principles to analyze requirements, develop specifications, and ensure the integration of various system components.
Managing project cycles, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of defense projects.
Developing and maintaining Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) strategies for complex defense systems.
Performing technical risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
Ensuring compliance with defense industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in the defense sector.
Contributing to proposals and business development activities for new defense projects.
