Lead Business Analyst

• A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in a relevant field
• At least 6 years of demonstrable experience as a business analyst
• Experience with BPM, requirements analysis, Agile and/or Scrum, user stories and use cases, functional design, or BABOK
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create support
• Experience in guiding and coaching junior business analysts
• In possession of a B driver's license
• Excellent command of the Dutch language at C1/C2 level

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget of up to €8,200 including holiday allowance and mobility allowance

As a Lead Business Analyst, you guide organizations through large and complex IT changes. You connect business and IT and ensure that strategic ambitions are translated into concrete and workable solutions. You work intensively with stakeholders at various levels, facilitate workshops, and maintain oversight in challenging trajectories.

Alongside your substantive role, you lead others. You coach junior business analysts, monitor quality, and actively contribute to the further professionalization of the field within Sogeti. Through knowledge sharing, communities, and professional sessions, you continue to develop yourself and the team.
