Your opportunities as a Modern Workplace Consultant at Capgemini

In your role as a Modern Workplace Consultant, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting modern workplace solutions for both our regional and international clients. You work closely with our consultants, architects, and product managers to understand the needs, challenges, and objectives of the client and to offer them the best possible solutions that improve productivity, sustainability, collaboration, and security. Additionally, you are also responsible for guiding and coaching junior engineers, staying up to date with the latest technologies and trends, and contributing to the development of our value propositions.

We are looking for a Modern Workplace engineer who wants to make a difference at leading companies in various industries in the market. Examples of the projects and assignments our team is involved in are:

• For a regional grid operator, we contribute to the productivity and sustainability of their employees with modern and inclusive solutions in the field of workplace and service desk services, such as Biometric & Password-less Authentication, Multi-lingual Workplaces, and AI-based chat and voice bots.
• For an international retail organization, we are continuously looking for ways to make the workplace services for their employees measurably 'awesome' and improve them with solutions such as modern workplace, Apple device management, and the hybrid meeting experience.
• For an international energy provider that delivers its services in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom, we contribute to the sustainability goals and the energy transition by critically examining how to make the IT landscape more sustainable.

• At least 3 years of experience with designing, implementing, and supporting modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft Modern Workplace Technologies.
• A good understanding of modern workplace concepts, such as cloud computing, mobility, collaboration, security, and compliance.
• A proven track record in delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that create business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Do you have certifications in Microsoft Modern Workplace Technologies, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert? That is a plus!
