Your new job | About your key responsibilities

What you'll do

As a Senior Digital Consultant you will be part of EY Finance (formerly known as Bluefield) with a focus on improving our clients' digital processes so that they can achieve their strategic objectives. The focus here lies on accurate management information, a strong IT landscape, and a strong finance organization. In diverse projects, you will apply your knowledge to tackle our clients' challenges seamlessly.

With a multidisciplinary team and a wide range of digital projects, in order to solve the problems and challenges for our client so that they can face the future more strongly.
Support and lead projects. You participate in improvement trajectories within finance, digital, and performance, and take responsibility for sub-projects. Think of projects that analyze an organization, identify areas for improvement, and implement them to guide them to the next phase in their development.
Hands-on collaboration. You provide concrete help to clients: for example, by supporting a system implementation, mapping out the IT landscape, or actually improving processes.
Achieve process improvement. You analyze how things can be done better and ensure that improvements are actually implemented.
Collaborate and mentor. You work in teams and help younger colleagues progress with your experience.
You are in direct contact with CFOs and Management Teams and translate their questions into workable solutions.

3-5 years of experience in consultancy, finance, business IT, or change.
A completed university degree (for example, Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Management).
You have the ambition to improve yourself and others.
A practical attitude: you like to roll up your sleeves.
You are communicative, analytical, and always solution-oriented.
