You ensure that matters are well-arranged in detail and derive energy from collaborating and negotiating. Additionally, you are communicatively strong, resistant to stress, and motivate others in performing their duties. Furthermore, good contact with customers, management, and colleagues is important to you.

Your profile

• a completed HBO or WO degree;
• experience with IT and/or Cloud projects;
• experience with project and program planning, project budgeting, and financial management;
• experience with methodologies such as Prince, IPMA, or PMI;
• experience with Agile;
• proficiency in the Dutch and English languages, orally and in writing at a professional level.

As a Project Manager at Capgemini, you will be involved in the following:

• You have contact with the customer, management at CxO level (both business and IT), suppliers, and stakeholders;
• you maintain customer relationships;
• you are alert to signaling and picking up potential new business;
• you maintain sight of the quality of the project and have a helicopter view;
• you can manage your project plans and have insight into the current (financial) status;
• you motivate and inspire your team through your strong leadership skills;
• you are willing to travel.
