Director Agile Transformations

• At least 10 years of experience within consultancy, agile transformation, organizational change, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrable experience in guiding complex transformations and advising senior stakeholders and boards.
• Knowledge of Business Agility, scaled agile frameworks, lean portfolio management, and change management.
• Experience with coaching, guiding, and developing multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
• The ability to critically assess AI outcomes and effectively apply technology, data, and AI within change and transformation challenges.

As Director Agile Transformations, you help organizations in the public and commercial sectors translate strategy into tangible results. You guide complex change trajectories where leadership, organizational structures, governance, technology, and culture converge. In doing so, you work closely with executives, boards, and multidisciplinary teams to make organizations more agile, future-proof, and value-driven.

In this role, you will work on:

• Designing and realizing complex agile transformations, where strategy is translated into concrete changes in organization, governance, and ways of working.
• Advising and guiding boards, executives, and senior stakeholders in the areas of enterprise agility, agile operating models, lean portfolio management, and leadership.
• Developing sustainable client relationships, new propositions, and market opportunities, where you collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve impactful results.
• Coaching and developing consultants and leaders within projects and the Business Agility practice.
• Connecting technology, data, AI, governance, and human behavior to successfully guide organizations through change.

• Hours: 32 - 40 hours per week
• Location: Utrecht, remote and at the client
