As a senior consultant digital transformation, you will work on societal issues that require a digital solution. You will participate in projects for ministries, provinces, municipalities, water boards, and non-profit organizations. Together with colleagues, you will translate ambitions into realistic plans, guide implementations, or support the drafting of policies and visions.

Examples of assignments you can contribute to:

• Drafting a digital strategy for a province or municipality.

• Guiding organizations in setting up data-driven working methods.

• Evaluating the impact of new laws and regulations such as the Open Government Act or the NIS2 directive.

• Supporting program management in the field of digitalization.

• Setting up information management within an executive organization.

You will join our Digital Transformation team, which is growing rapidly. This team combines expertise in public administration, legal knowledge, and technology to work on challenging issues surrounding digitalization. We work closely with teams from other domains, such as the physical, social, and security domains. Together with your colleagues, you will work on projects for administrators and managers of municipalities, water boards, provinces, ministries, and non-profit organizations.

• You have a completed MA-master, for example in public administration, information management, technical administration, or law.

• You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience, for example as a consultant or policy advisor at the intersection of digitalization and government.

• You have an affinity with technological developments and with the public sector.

• You are good at analyzing, collaborating, and advising.

• You are curious, independent, and have an eye for societal interests.

• Experience with project-based working is a plus.

• An attractive salary between € 5,086 and € 8,376 per month, depending on your experience.
