• at least a completed Bachelor's (HBO) degree;
• at least 2 years of work experience as an Agile Coach;
• knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and/or Lean and possession of relevant certifications (e.g., PSM, PSPO, PAL-E, Lean Six Sigma, PSK);
• experience in providing Agile and DevOps training;
• experience with scaling Agile within an organization;

• expertise in one or more of the following sectors is a plus: the financial sector, the public sector, utilities, and/or logistics.
