SME Accountancy Director

• Completed AA or RA studies.

• You have at least 12 years of experience in compilation or audit practice.

• You have a proven track record in expanding the client portfolio.

Due to your solid background, you are a valuable partner for our SME clients, as well as in the non-profit sector. Personal contact is, for you, the basis for good cooperation, and you advise on the diverse aspects of business operations. Additionally, you characterize yourself as a builder and a doer, so you leave no opportunity unused to bring a new client on board. Expanding the practice is therefore your focus.

You get energy from working in an enthusiastic and motivated team and you know how to bring out the best in people, thereby empowering them. You oversee the whole picture, know how to steer the process where necessary, and do not hesitate to deploy the leaders within the team to take the lead.
In this autonomous role, you are also involved in decision-making regarding the strategy of Baker Tilly and its translation to the work floor. Such themes are central to the Partner/Director consultation, which takes place across service lines. Additionally, together with several colleagues, you form the MT of the SME A&A service line.
