Medior Business Analyst

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree, preferably in a relevant field;

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Process Analyst in Zwolle or the Northeast region;

• Experience with BPM, requirements analysis, Agile/Scrum, user stories, and use cases;

• Affinity with data, digitalization, and (preferably) AI applications;

• Good knowledge of business processes and management processes;

• Experience with facilitating workshops and stakeholder management;

• Familiar with IT methods and frameworks and able to assess IT solutions.

As a Business Analyst in Zwolle, you play a key role in digital and data-driven transformations at organizations in the Northeast region. You work on themes such as supply chain management, portfolio management, and customer journey optimization, and you translate technological developments—including AI—into concrete improvements. You identify opportunities for deploying data and AI and translate these into clear requirements and solutions that actually add value. In doing so, you collaborate with data engineers, data experts, and IT teams, acting as the link between business and technology.
