• HBO/WO working and thinking level
• Experience in drafting epic descriptions for outsourcing partners
• Experience with offshore teams
• The ability to reduce complex issues to understandable solutions
• Experience in eliciting and translating requirements in a compliance or financial environment
• With your sharp eye for detail and strong sense of collaboration, you will engage both internal stakeholders and external teams

• Knowledge of Collections & Recovery and its processes is a plus

As a Requirements Engineer at ASN Bank, you will play a major role in optimizing and further automating our Collections & Recovery (C&R) processes. What you will do

As a Requirements Engineer, you will work on the optimal further development of our applications. C&R helps customers in financial distress and therefore requires systems that work flawlessly and comply with the strictest regulations. Currently, the development of this is outsourced to India, and we may possibly transition to a SaaS solution in the near future. We are looking for a Requirements Engineer who can translate our complex demands into clear, actionable requirements and ensures that internal and especially external teams know what is expected of them. You are the bridge between business and development and you manage the external party. You deliver epics to the external party, monitor the quality and progress of the delivery, and ensure its proper management.

Together with multiple teams, you will ensure a safe and compliant bank. You will work together with internal stakeholders and an international engineering team on systems that have impact. Your responsibilities further include:

• You are a co-owner of the applications within C&R. You monitor the quality, continuity, and further development of these systems
• You translate business issues into clear, concrete requirements and technical solutions
• You are the point of contact for stakeholders such as: architects, service team leads, the data team, and business developers
• You bring interests together and keep all parties sharp and involved
• You manage offshore teams, ensure structured collaboration, and monitor that requirements are correctly understood, that deliveries meet the stated requirements, and you monitor the progress
• From initial analysis through to acceptance, you ensure that the realization runs smoothly and that what is delivered also works optimally
