As a Medior Automation Engineer, you will work on designing, building, and managing RPA and Intelligent Automation solutions that are actually used within the client's organization. You understand processes, contribute ideas regarding automation choices, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

You work closely with clients, consultants, and other Automation Engineers. You take ownership of your solutions, dare to ask questions, and continuously develop both your technical and consultancy skills.

In this role, you will be involved in, among other things:

• Designing and building RPA and Intelligent Automation solutions;
• Performing process analyses and identifying automation opportunities;
• Managing, monitoring, and further developing existing robots;
• Thinking along about technical choices and solution directions;
• Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders;
• Contributing to knowledge sharing and the improvement of standards within the team.

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €5,900 gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

• You have HBO or WO working and thinking level
• You have at least 3 to approximately 5 years of experience in RPA or process automation
• You have experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar (e.g., Kofax, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)
• You have basic knowledge of integrations (APIs, webhooks) and scripting, for example with Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell
• You can clearly explain technical choices and solutions to colleagues and stakeholders
• You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for your work
• You have excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing (C1 level)
• You live and work in the Netherlands
