The role
Are you an experienced estimator in the automotive collision repair industry and do you get energy from making accurate estimates and planning repairs? Do you want to work in a dynamic team where there is room for personal development? Then this position is for you!
What you'll do
As an estimator at Van Mossel Autoschade in Alkmaar, you are the first point of contact for customers with damage to their vehicle. You welcome them, inspect the damage, discuss repair possibilities, and ensure that their wishes are correctly recorded. Subsequently, you create a detailed estimate in our system (Audatex/DeltaW), put the work into the schedule, and maintain contact with insurance companies and suppliers. You play a crucial role in the repair process and ensure that the customer is helped quickly and professionally.
