Why you are needed
De Mandemakers Groep is currently implementing Customer Service, Sales Automation, and Field Service based on PegaSystems. All of their customer processes are being redesigned from the perspective of optimal customer satisfaction and maximum digitalization. To realize these ambitions, we are offering a training program together.
With guidance from both De Mandemakers Groep and BPM Company, this program helps starters like you to develop optimally and to obtain a permanent contract. This way, you can make an immediate impact at De Mandemakers Groep and make a great start to your career!

This is your impact
Your new challenge begins with obtaining your Pega CSA and CSSA certifications at the BPM Company office in Utrecht. After you have gathered all the knowledge about Pega, you will start working within a project team at De Mandemakers Groep, contributing to the design, building, and testing of applications. Pega is, after all, an important platform within their organization and they are far from finished. You will think along and help shape the way they will be organized in the future. After the traineeship, you are guaranteed a permanent position at De Mandemakers Groep, where you can make a lot of impact and have endless growth opportunities.
