TRAINEESHIP March 2027: AI & Innovation (Dutch speaking)

In our 12-month AI traineeship, we immerse you in the latest techniques, insights, and skills in the field of artificial intelligence and innovation. Our goal? A successful kickstart of your career at one of our clients or in our Bit Innovation Studio after the traineeship.

As a Bit trainee, you do not fill an existing role in an organization, but instead work for a year on an assignment that we shape together with the client, based on their most challenging problems that can be solved with new tech. We match you with the challenge and client that best suit you, so that you can contribute and grow optimally. Customization, therefore, where you can truly make an impact.

✈️ Designing and developing AI solutions to reduce the CO2 emissions of an airline.

📦 Building a computer vision-based sensor to improve the speed of parcel delivery.

⚙️ Prototyping a predictive model for the maintenance of wind turbines.

🛍️ Conducting research and advising on future AI technologies for a retail and design company.

🌱 Utilizing AI and data visualization to make nitrogen soil surplus and leaching effects visible, thereby enabling data-driven policy for the government.

You will start immediately with our training program for a flying start on your assignment. On day 2, you will already start at your client, where you will work (hybrid) 4 days per week. You will thus get the chance to apply your knowledge and skills immediately in a real environment. From Bit, you will be guided by a talent manager who checks in with you weekly. Every Friday, you will come together with the other trainees at Bit and participate in training and workshops led by experienced professionals. At the client, we will link you to someone in an influential position within the organization, which means doors can be opened that often remain closed to many starters - although you will have to open them yourself... Our mentality? Do it scared!

Knowledge:

• You have a completed Master's in AI (or a related field such as Data Science, Econometrics, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, with a specialization in AI) OR you have a Master's in Industrial Design and a great affinity with technology and innovation.

• You have 0-1 years of work experience.

• You master Python and at least one other programming language, or you are an innovator who can explain in great detail how new technology works.

• You have experience with and a passion for machine learning, large language models, GPT, natural language processing, and other relevant AI technologies.
