Why you are needed

Rabobank has been working with BPM Company for many years on digital solutions via the Pega Platform. To support the ambitions of this energetic bank, we are jointly offering a training program. With guidance from both Rabobank and BPM Company, this program helps starters like you to develop optimally AND to obtain a permanent contract. The trajectory offers the chance to make an immediate impact within Rabobank and to build a beautiful career.

This is your impact
Your new challenge begins with obtaining your Pega CSA certification at the BPM Company office in Utrecht. After you have gathered all the basics of Pega, you will start working in a project team at Rabobank where you will put this knowledge into practice. As a result, you will develop lightning-fast and will be busy every day solving complex technical issues. Subsequently, after six months, you will return to us for one month to obtain your Pega CSSA certification, after which you will continue on the same project at Rabobank. After the traineeship, you are guaranteed a permanent position at Rabobank where you can make a lot of impact and have endless growth opportunities!
