For 15 years, BPM Company has been building software applications specifically tailored for leading clients using the Pega platform. This year, for the first time, BPM Company is going to start building standard SaaS applications itself on a new platform: Pega Launchpad. To make this start-up a success, as a high potential with above-average analytical abilities, an eye for quality, and a can-do mentality, you are the person we need!

During a period of approximately 1.5 years, you will be fully trained in Pega and will be able to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice through a cool and challenging start-up project in which we are going to build our own applications with Pega Launchpad. A new platform from Pegasystems with which SaaS applications can be built. After this period, you will flow into the consultants team as an experienced Pega Specialist. From this team, you will be deployed as a consultant in projects for our clients, where you will be responsible for making these organizations digitally future-proof. In one project, you and your colleagues optimize mortgage applications at Rabobank, and in another project, you optimize the quote and order request process for a kitchen at De Mandemakers Groep. You are therefore not only an important link in the success of progressive organizations and multinationals, but the applications you build also truly make an impact in the lives of their customers.

To also give starters a great career in this field, BPM Company has specially designed the Pega Traineeship for starters. This is a learning-on-the-job experience where you can gradually grow into the field and learn to work with Pega technology. As a Junior Pega Developer, you will start working in the Pega Launchpad start-up team and will be supported by various experts. As a result, you will develop lightning-fast into an experienced and certified Pega System Architect who is busy daily with the digitization (and thus optimization) of business processes. And this is certainly not the end, because you can continue to grow into various Pega roles that suit your ambitions!

• A starting salary of €2600 per month with periodic quarterly evaluations and salary increases during the 1.5-year traineeship
