Do you enjoy analyzing and understanding business processes and do you love building applications that automate business processes and thus provide value for the customer's digital transformation? Then we are looking for you!

You start your project by translating the requirements of the Business Analysts into a technical design; additionally, you are responsible for the concept, the build, and ultimately a successful implementation of the application.

At BPM Company, we teach you to develop software in an innovative way using Pegasystems technology. After an extensive onboarding program where we guide you through Pega, you will get to work for our renowned clients within the financial domain, government, or retail.

• A permanent contract
• Annual salary range: €48k - 70k

• A completed HBO/WO IT degree

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience

• Communication skills in both Dutch & English

• An absolute passion for automating business processes

• Experience and affinity with software development

• A drive to further develop yourself and others and to share knowledge

• Experience with BPM and/or case management application development is a plus

• Strong analytical skills
