Retail & Leadership Traineeship

The traineeship lasts a maximum of two years and consists of:

Year 1: four practice-oriented rotations of three months each

• Sales (3 months)
  You will get to know premium service, customer contact, commercial opportunities, and an inspiring shopping experience.
• Food & Beverage (3 months)
  You will experience guest experience, pace, hospitality, and the dynamics of our cafés and restaurants.
• Operations or Visual Merchandising (3 months)
  You will gain insight into logistical processes, safety, store presentation, and inventory management.
• Sales Support (3 months)
  You will learn how planning, administration, and process optimization strengthen the store organization.

Year 2: deepening and leadership

• Deepening in coaching leadership
• Project management and store-wide responsibility
• A personal mentor throughout the entire program
• Training in the areas of communication, KPI management, collaboration, and innovation

At the end of the traineeship, you may potentially grow into a role as a Team Manager within one of our store departments.

• You will start with a gross salary of €3,000 per month based on a 38-hour work week. For working irregular hours, you will receive an inconvenience allowance.
• 8% holiday allowance and 26 vacation days per year;
• Annual profit-sharing scheme between 2% and 6%;
