Are you about to graduate from an IT (related) program and do you get energy from automation and optimization? Then definitely take a look at our graduate vacancy!

Depending on the educational institution, a graduation period with us lasts between 5-9 months and 32-40 hours per week. Because we naturally love to see our family but also want to guide you personally, you will work mainly at our office. The office is easily accessible both by car and by public transport (from Utrecht Central station). Should you still wish to work more hybrid, that is also possible in consultation!

We deliberately do not formulate specific assignments in advance. This naturally gives you room to come forward with your own ideas and wishes. We therefore like to see you formulate an assignment/research project yourself and we are, of course, happy to help you fine-tune it. Additionally, we find it important that you can develop yourself both personally and technically during your graduation internship. We are therefore of the opinion that this is only possible if you do what you truly enjoy. Regarding the graduation internship, we can go in various directions within BPM Company, provided it is in relation to Business Process Management and/or Pega.

During your graduation internship, you will receive technical content guidance from one of our consultants and personal guidance from our People Manager. In addition, we also offer you the opportunity to obtain your Pega certifications and to participate in our SIG (Special Interest Group) meetings.
