Complex projects aimed at automating/digitizing business processes with a large impact on client organizations must be guided skillfully and professionally. To make these projects a success, we are looking for experienced Pega Lead System Architects who can guide these projects from A to Z through knowledge and expertise.

As a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA), you are primarily responsible for the entire automation/digitization project at the client, where you and your team build business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks that make the business processes of our client organizations smarter, simpler, and faster. In doing so, you must continuously monitor the scale, scope, quality, and risks in order to ensure a successful transition.
Your added value lies in providing thought-leadership to the client regarding complex technical issues and (super)vising your team from the design of a specific solution to the actual implementation. You achieve this by providing architecture and design guidance to your project team, by thinking about the security of the application, by looking critically at the delivered quality, by ensuring optimally working connections with other systems, and by continuously staying up to date with the latest developments regarding Pega.

• Annual salary range: €75 - €110k

• Experience in (super)vising teams

• Experienced with the latest Pega architecture such as Enterprise class design, Application layer cake, Data Modelling and Rule resolution

• Communicatively skilled in both Dutch & English
