Pega Consultant

You have a sharp eye for how processes work and how they can be smarter. You think logically, work in a structured manner, and get energy from solutions that are not just conceived, but actually used.

• A few years of experience with Pega (preferably within complex environments)
• Experience with designing, configuring, and optimizing Pega applications
• The ability to switch smoothly between business and technology
• Experience with Agile working in multidisciplinary teams
• You speak Dutch (minimum B2)

Certification is a nice-to-have, but not a must. If you understand the content and have the drive to get better, you are in the right place.

As a Pega Consultant, you build solutions that truly help organizations move forward. You translate complex processes into smart, working applications in Pega. No theory, but something that runs.

You work together with analysts, system architects, and the client. Sometimes you build something new from scratch. Sometimes you improve what is already there. Whatever you do: it must be scalable, logically structured, and ready for change.

In this role, you will primarily focus on:

• Designing and implementing Pega solutions
• Building process flows, business rules, and integrations
• Thinking along about technical choices and scalability

You work hybridly from our office in Nieuwegein, combined with client locations and from home.
