Sr. RevOps Consultant / Architect

• You design end-to-end revenue architecture: lead-to-cash, lifecycle, pipelines, forecasting, and quoting.

• You know HubSpot to its core and know when another system is a better fit.

• You advise management and commercial teams and translate strategy into a working system.

• You translate commercial questions into data models, KPIs, and dashboards that lead to action.

• You get data quality and governance in order and bring stakeholders along.

• You work with tools such as Power BI, Looker, or HubSpot reporting.

Sr. Data Engineer

• You build reliable pipelines between CRM, ERP, and data warehouse.

• You work with Python, SQL, dbt, BigQuery/Snowflake, and cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including orchestration, testing, and monitoring.

• You build API integrations that keep running, even as volume grows.

Sr. GTM Engineer

• You automate the commercial engine: enrichment, routing, outbound, and inbound flows.

• You work with n8n, Clay, APIs, HubSpot workflows, and custom code.

• You deploy AI and agents where they truly add value.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience at a senior level.

• You work independently and client-facing on behalf of BONANA.

• You are registered as a freelancer (KvK or business number).

• Fluent Dutch is a strong plus; some assignments are English-speaking.

• You think not only about how something works, but especially about why.

• Substantively challenging assignments: HubSpot implementations, migrations, ERP integrations, data architecture, and AI automation.

• A fixed team to work with: you participate in our teams, not as a lone island.

• Clear agreements in advance regarding scope, rate, and hours.

• Assignments that fit your availability: from short, urgent jobs to longer trajectories.

• Remote where possible, on location (Utrecht, Antwerp, or at the client) where necessary.

• Space to help build our playbooks and way of working.
