Do you keep your cool when the day goes differently than planned? As Assistant Branch Manager, you are the right hand of the branch manager, and together you ensure a smooth flow of daily affairs. You maintain an overview, set priorities, and know how to support and motivate colleagues.
In addition to your coordinating tasks, you will work directly at the after-school care facility. This means you are close to the practice, know what is happening within the team, and are a visible point of contact for colleagues and parents. A fixed working day on Friday is a requirement for this role.
Are you organized, decisive, and a natural connector? Then we would love to get in touch with you.
This is who you are. By nature.
We are innovators with a dream. A child who grows up to be a strong adult makes our world more beautiful. That is why we have only one goal: the optimal growth and flourishing of every child. We are open to differences, are curious about each other, and learn something new every day. In this way, we offer children a safe foundation to flourish into strong adults. You can help with that. With your passion, insights, and your heart for children. Because you count!
A role full of variety and challenge. Although you do not have direct reports, in consultation with and at the request of your manager, the branch manager, you may deal with all the ins and outs of your locations. For example, you are partly a point of contact for parents and you think along about bottlenecks in staffing. Or your attention goes toward our pedagogy and location activities. Of course, a portion of administration is also part of your tasks.
Our name stands for quality, reliability, resilience, and ingenuity. Working at Humankind means not only that you get plenty of opportunities to deepen your professional expertise, but your personal growth is also stimulated. Initiative is welcomed, so that you can contribute to the future of children, colleagues, and other stakeholders, for and together with them.
You count!
We would love to get to know you. Because your talent counts! What gives you energy, what are you good at, and what are your (work) wishes and ambitions? We would love to discuss that.
