Requirements

What we're looking for

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience within Learning & Development, preferably in an advisory role or as a business partner;

  • You have experience in independently developing and realizing L&D plans and programs and possess knowledge of didactics, learning principles, and modern forms of learning;

  • You are a strong interlocutor who knows how to connect different interests, brings people along in change, and has experience with stakeholder, project, and change management;

  • You think strategically and analytically, but are also pragmatic and result-oriented. You take ownership, set priorities, and communicate well in Dutch and English. Experience within an international or operational organization is a plus.

The role

At My Jewellery, we believe that growth begins with our people. As our organization continues to develop internationally, so do the ambitions and development needs of our colleagues. As an L&D Business Partner, you play an important role in translating these needs into concrete learning and development initiatives.

In this role, you are the connecting link between our organizational objectives and the development of our colleagues. You think strategically, but you primarily get energy from actually realizing plans. From determining L&D priorities to implementing new learning programs: you take the initiative, maintain oversight, and ensure that ideas become reality.

You work closely with managers and HR Business Partners within our head office, our boutiques, My Warehouse, and our international teams. You understand what is happening, ask the right questions, and advise on learning solutions that align with practice. In doing so, you dare to make choices and bring stakeholders along in change.

Together with the Learning Design & Content Specialist, you ensure that development needs are translated into effective learning solutions. While you determine the substantive direction and priorities and drive implementation, your colleague focuses on designing and developing the learning content.

What makes this role special? You are given the space to further shape the L&D agenda and are also personally responsible for its realization. You look not only at what we organize, but especially at what it delivers. In this way, you help build an organization in which learning and development increasingly becomes part of how we work together and grow.

What you'll do

  • You translate our strategic organizational objectives into a concrete L&D strategy, annual plan, and roadmap, and monitor progress;

  • You are a strong sparring partner for management and HR Business Partners and proactively advise on development needs and suitable learning solutions;

  • You independently initiate and lead L&D projects, from needs analysis and concept development to implementation and evaluation;

  • You set priorities, monitor planning, quality, and budget, and where necessary, contribute personally to the development of learning programs;

  • You create support for new learning initiatives, guide managers during implementation, and ensure that learning and development are structurally embedded;

  • You develop and monitor L&D KPIs and dashboards and analyze the participation, progress, and effectiveness of learning programs;

  • You discuss results with stakeholders and turn insights into concrete improvement actions to increase the participation, adoption, and impact of learning initiatives.

Requirements

  • You possess a higher professional or academic level of working and thinking, preferably in the direction of HRM, Learning & Development, or educational science;
