The role
Your progress begins at Berenschot
0.8- 1 FTE per week | Utrecht | Hybrid | Organizational Transformations | € 600,- | MSc student
How do we ensure that people and organizations are ready for tomorrow's labor market? How can we better utilize talent, stimulate development, and help organizations remain future-proof?
At Berenschot, you will get the opportunity to work as an intern on current labor market and HR issues. You will get to know the advisory profession, work together with experienced advisors, and discover how to translate scientific insights into solutions that make a difference in practice.
You will work at the intersection of the labor market, human capital, strategic HRM, skills, learning and development, and organizational change.
This is what you will do
During your internship, you will participate in various advisory and research projects. You will help research complex issues, collect and analyze information, and develop advice, programs, and instruments.
Your duties may include
Conducting literature research, interviews, and qualitative or quantitative analyses.
Supporting advisory processes for employers, governments, and industry organizations.
Preparing and elaborating on conversations, workshops, and working sessions.
Thinking along about new methodologies, instruments, and solutions.
Supporting the translation of research results into clear reports, presentations, and advice.
Contributing to publications on current labor market and HR themes.
For example, you could work on issues surrounding labor market shortages, strategic workforce planning, skills-based working, talent development, learning and development, sustainable employability, or regional labor market cooperation.
Depending on your interests and the possibilities within our projects, you will be given space for your own research or development assignment. It is also possible to combine your internship period with writing your thesis.
