• Gross monthly salary between € 5,085 and € 6,230 depending on your work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a work-from-home allowance.

Your impact & responsibilities

AI is fundamentally changing how organizations work. As a Manager, you play a key role in translating (AI) innovations into scalable business impact. You work for organizations in the Banking, Insurance, Asset Management & Pensions, and Private Equity sectors, where technology, customer expectations, and regulation are constantly in motion. You help them make the leap from experimentation to real adoption and ensure that AI and other digital techniques are deployed safely, responsibly, and valuably within end-to‑end processes. In doing so, you are the strategic sparring partner for business and domain managers within the financial sector AND the driving force behind the realization of digital transformations.

• Leading digital transformation trajectories at large Financial Services organizations, where you respond to sector-specific issues regarding regulation, technological innovation, and customer-oriented process optimization. With a focus on successful execution and results.
• Contributing to the design and realization of digital transformation roadmaps.
• Solving strategic and operational issues through the use of Lean, digital technology, and data.

• Establishing guiding thought leadership on one or more technologies within our Digital Stack (Agentic AI/GenAI, Process Mining, Low-code, RPA & IDP).
• Translating market developments within the financial sector into new propositions and strategic initiatives, both for our clients and for the further development of our own practice.

• Coaching, inspiring, and developing consultants from junior to senior consultant level.

The Digital Process Excellence (DPE) team is part of Corporate Services Transformation within the advisory practice of KPMG and focuses on structurally improving and automating business processes using AI, data, and digital technologies, across a wide range of processes: from Finance to HR, and everything in between.

As a Manager Financial Services, you play a central role in the execution of complex assignments within the financial sector. For this, you make use of your extensive knowledge and experience with methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and technologies such as AI, Process Mining, and Low-code. In doing so, you work closely with clients and stakeholders and are seen as an expert at the intersection of technological and operational process improvement within the financial sector. Additionally, you contribute actively to expanding existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.

You are substantively strong in the field of technological and operational process improvement and translate innovative ideas into concrete solutions. Within the team, you take on a coaching role toward consultants and actively participate in projects, deploying both substantive expertise and project management skills.

Additionally, you are given the space to support and further develop (sub)projects and initiatives, particularly in the area of new use cases within the financial sector and, for example, on applications or the further development of AI and automation technologies within our Digital Stack.
